Can I join before billing is live?
Yes. Join early access—we onboard pilots manually while cloud processing scales. You will be notified before any charge.
What will subscriptions include?
Included minutes of speech transcribed into structured manuscripts, secure storage, and multilingual alignment with your chat export when provided.
Does zip size determine price?
Plans are based on minutes of speech processed and optional quality tiers—not raw file size alone.
Will you rewrite my conversations?
No. We organize and timestamp verbatim speech. Optional cleanup passes are transparent and capped; we do not paraphrase for publication.
Can you handle huge exports with thousands of files?
That is the long-term target. Early access may use batch limits; capacity grows as our processing queue matures.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hebrew, and Spanish at launch, including mixed conversation within a thread.
When is high-fidelity cloud transcription available?
After pilot quality is verified. Early access members are notified first; premium tiers will include higher-fidelity passes.
